I was going to have one of those long-winded legal disclaimers that no one reads, but I don't have the mental capacity for such things. Instead, here's the straight dope:

Articles, practice exams, related materials, and information are provided to assist those persons in enriching their enjoyment and knowledge of the hobby. All material is intended for private non-commercial use by site visitors and original content may not be duplicated in any form without prior written consent of the author(s).

Everything on this site is provided on an AS-IS basis. If it's here, that means I put it here because I thought it might be useful. I have links to other sites. I cannot be responsible for the content of those sites, so don't come cryin' to me if one of 'em pokes your eye out. I have made every effort to make everything here as accurate as possible. But hey, I'm human, so if I made a mistake tell me about it, don't sue me. Besides, I do this stuff for free, you get to use it for free, so what do you have to complain about anyway?

Collection of Personal Data

I will not use any tricks or hidden code to determine your identity. You may browse W8MHB.com with the assurance that I won't know who you are unless you tell me. I do collect general usage statistics, such as the number of page hits, source IP address, and the date and time of each hit. I use these data to get an idea of how many of you are out there, what time of day you like to visit, how many practice exams you generate, and the like.

I do not accept any advertisements. I do not anticipate doing so at any time in the future. I provide this site as a service to my fellow Radio Amateurs because I love the hobby.
