The question pools for each element are divided into 10 subelements.
Each subelement is made up of one or more groups. An exam is produced by
selecting at random one question from each group. For example, the Element 2
question pool contains 392 questions in 10 subelements and 35 groups. The Element
2 exam contains one question taken from each of the 35 groups. The order of
questions is also random. In other words, the first question on the exam will not
necessarily be from the first group of the first subelement.
